Eligibility Criteria:
- Residency: Must be ordinarily resident in the UK and assessed as Home
- Fee Status (overseas and EU students are not eligible).
- Program Duration: The activity must last between 1 and 12 weeks (7-84 days).
- Full-time Undergraduate Status: Must be registered as a full-time undergraduate at the University of Essex during the program (final-year students may not be eligible in some cases).
- Academic Progress: Must have passed all first-year modules.
- Household Income: Must have an annual household income of less than £42,611 (verified by Student Finance England or other UK student funding providers).
- Application Submission: Must complete and submit the application form by the deadline.
- Consent: Must give consent for sharing financial details with Student
- Finance England or other UK funding providers.
- Letter of Acceptance: Must provide a letter of acceptance from the host institution/organisation confirming the international activity.
