Gloria Glyer Emerging Writers Scholarship

This scholarship honors the memory of alumna Gloria Glyer to support students majoring in English who are interested in creative or journalistic writing.

Eligibility criteria for Gloria Glyer Emerging Writers Scholarship -

• The applicant must have minimum GPA of 2.5 in good academic standing.
• The applicant must be pursuing major in English.
• The applicants can be Sophomore, Junior, and Senior or Classified: Graduate.
• The applicant's financial need is not required.
• The applicant must be enrolled at least part-time enrollment at the time of award and at the time of application.

Application process -

• The applicant must also answer the supplemental questions asked by the University.
  • Please submit a 500-word statement about your preparation and plans for a career in creative writing or journalism.
