Dr. Charles Toto Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Dr. Charles Toto Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to deserving College of Education students.

Eligibility criteria for Dr. Charles Toto Memorial Scholarship Fund -

• The applicant must have minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• The applications are limited to students accepted or enrolled in any College of Education major.
• The application is limited to senior level undergraduates.
• The application is open to any graduate students in the College of Education.
• The applicant's financial need maybe considered but is not required.
• The applicant may be enrolled full or part time.
• The applicant must be enrolled at time of award.

Application process -

• The candidate will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
