David Higgins Memorial Scholarship
The David Higgins Memorial Scholarship is intended to support students with at least Junior standing who are majoring in Civil Engineering.
Eligibility criteria for David Higgins Memorial Scholarship -
- The applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering.
- The applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- The applicants must be juniors.
- The applicant must be enrolled at least half time at time of application and at time of award.
- The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
- The applicant must be a member of the ASCE student or national chapter.
- The applicant must have interest in Environmental and Water Resource Engineering.
Application process -
- The applicant must have taken at least 1 course related to Environmental or Resource Engineering.
