be enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Bachelor of Agricultural Science, or
- Bachelor of Agribusiness / Bachelor of Agricultural Science with a major in Horticulture
be in their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of the approved degree
demonstrate strong academic achievement in the approved program
not hold another similar scholarship concurrently
submit all required supporting documentation before the closing date
