The candidate must be an international student enrolled in the Bachelor of Commerce program, and attended one of the university's foreign partner institutions listed below:
- Trinity College Foundation Studies (Australia)
- Universitas Gadjah Mada or Universitas Indonesia (Indonesia)
- HELP University, Taylor’s College or Sunway College (Malaysia)
- Markham College (Peru)
- Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, or Temasek Polytechnic, (Singapore)
