Eligibility Criteria for Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education For SC Students 2026:

Applicants must:

Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
Have secured admission to a full‑time prescribed course in a notified institution.
Have a total annual family income from all sources not exceeding ₹8.00 lakh (₹800,000).
Follow the general selection criteria of the respective institution for course admission.
Be among the top eligible students in merit if more students qualify than available scholarship slots.

Value of Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education For SC Students 2026:

The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support for higher education beyond Class 12, including:

Full payment of tuition fees and nonrefundable charges.
Monthly living expenses (maintenance allowance).
Annual books and stationery allowance.
One‑time grant for a computer/laptop with accessories.
