B N Saran Endowed Scholarship for Students from India Pursuing STEM Majors at Troy University 2024-25

Troy University is offering the B N Saran Endowed Scholarship for Students from India Pursuing STEM Majors at Troy University, and who are undergraduate students from India on an F-1 Visa pursuing STEM majors in the School of Science and Technology on the Troy campus in Troy, AL. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be Indian passport holders.
• Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Applicants must be pursuing STEM majors in the School of Science and Technology.
• Applicants must be admitted to the university as an undergraduate.
• Applicants must be on an F-1 Visa.

Application Process:

• Interested candidates must apply online for the scholarship.
• The application should include the following components:
  • Most recent CV,
  • An essay describing the importance of the scholarship to the applicant (200-400 words).

Value of the Scholarship:

Selected candidates are awarded an amount that is disclosed at the discretion of the university.

Note: The recipients must write a note of thanks to the scholarship donor and attend the annual Scholarship Donor/Recipient Reception held in March of each year.
