American Dream Scholarship Essay Contest 2022

Helping families achieve the American Dream of home ownership has been a core philosophy of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. Home ownership has been linked to better-educated children, stronger communities, job creation, and many other benefits. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties wants to hear from the next generation of homeowners about their experience of growing up in a home they could call their own, their dream of one day owning a home, or their volunteer experience in the community. To help encourage young people to think critically about this particular facet of the American Dream, Georgia Properties will be awarding a $1,000 scholarship to a high school student and a $1,000 scholarship to a college student who best personifies this dream.

Eligibility: The contest is open to U.S. residents. No purchase necessary. All participants must be enrolled as full-time high school juniors or seniors, or full time at a university. Entries are limited to one submission per person. Immediate family members of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia employees are excluded from this contest.
