The Myers scholarships provide the opportunity for several students to study at Oxford each year and are the foundation upon which other ties between the two law schools have been built.
Eligibility for the Allan Myers Oxford Scholars Scholarship:
- Students need to be a domestic or international student.
- Students should be admitted and enrolled in the Melbourne JD at Melbourne Law School
- Students must be able to demonstrate that they are undertaking a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) or Master of Science in Law and Finance (MSc LF) at the University of Oxford.
Selection Criteria:
The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit.
Application Process:
No application is required. Students will be automatically considered for this award upon enrollment with the university.
Value of the Scholarship:
A single payment of GBP 20,000 is paid towards the recipient's tuition at the University of Oxford.
