Water Advanced Research & Innovation Fellowship 2024

Eligibility for Water Advanced Research & Innovation Fellowship 

Internship (for students):

• Indian citizens currently pursuing a Ph.D. in any field of Science/Engineering.
• Applicants must be engaged in research related to water at a recognized institution in India.
• They should be enrolled in the first, second, or third year of their Ph.D. at the time of application.
• The age limit is up to 32 years as of 31 December 2024.

Fellowship (for scientists):

• Indian citizens who have completed a Ph.D. in any field of Science/Engineering with proven research experience in water-related areas. Applicants should be in a regular position at a public/private R&D lab, S&T institution, or a recognized University/college in India, actively engaged in water-related research. The age limit is up to 40 years as of 31 December 2024.

2. Application Process for Water Advanced Research & Innovation Fellowship 

• Internship (for students):
• Eligible students should apply through the prescribed application process.
• They will need to submit relevant documentation about their current Ph.D. research, institution, and areas of focus, along with personal details and research interests related to water.
• Fellowship (for scientists):
• Scientists must apply via the designated application portal, providing details about their research work, publications, and current position.
• A focus on independent research capability and experience in water-related research will be critical.

Duration:
