The Prize was established in 1997 and is financed by Lyn Hume. This Prize is for the top woman student in Stage I of Gender Studies.
Eligibility for the University of Auckland Rachael Award:
- The University of Auckland Rachael Award will be awarded annually to the top woman student in Stage I of Gender Studies.
- As a minimum standard, the student must have achieved a GPA of 7.00 (equivalent to an A-average).
