    The goal of the scholarship is to support several undergraduate students with financial needs who initially enrolled as freshmen at the University of Missouri in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business Department of Risk Management & Insurance (the "RMI Department"). The winner will have a history of exceptional academic success and references from the RMI Scholarship Committee or RMI Program Directors attesting to their high integrity and character.

    Eligibility for Milner Scholars Program Cohort II at Georgia State University:

    • Applicants must be in good academic standing at GSU with a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
    • Applicants must have a demonstrated financial need as determined by the GSU Office of Financial Aid.
    • Applicants must Be a current student enrolled in the RMI Department as a pre-major or major, though preference will be given to RMI students who are early in their studies.
