College of Health and Human Sciences Study Abroad Scholarship

This scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in the College of Health and Human Sciences at San José State University (SJSU). 

Eligibility

The eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Applicants must be SJSU students at the time of application.
• Applicants must have been accepted into an official SJSU Study Abroad Program administered by the Study Abroad and Away Office in the College of Professional and Global Education.
• Students who are already receiving scholarships for attending a Faculty-Led Program are not eligible for this scholarship.

Scholarship Value and Benefits

• The College of Health and Human Sciences Study Abroad Scholarship provides financial assistance of up to $500.
• This scholarship is designed to help students who are participating in official study abroad programs by alleviating some of the costs associated with international education experiences.

Application Process

• Complete the Application: Applicants must complete the scholarship application form electronically via the Spartan Scholarship website.
• Ensure all necessary documents are submitted by the given deadline.
• Program Acceptance: Students must be accepted into an official SJSU Study Abroad Program to be eligible.
• Submit by Deadline: Be sure to submit your application before the deadline listed on the scholarship’s application webpage.
• Confirm Eligibility: Confirm that you are not receiving any scholarships for attending a Faculty-Led Program, as those students are not eligible for this award.
