Dean's Scholars Program at QUT Business School 2024

The Dean's Scholars Program at QUT Business School is designed for high-achieving students who aspire to academic excellence. This program offers financial incentives and structured support to sustain academic performance, leading to an optional honors year. It provides students with opportunities for personal and academic development, including access to networking events, social activities, and exclusive opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant:

• Must be graduating from Year 12 at an Australian high school, or with an International Baccalaureate, or an Australian curriculum completed overseas in 2023, or have completed one of the above in 2022 and taken a gap year.
• Must be starting university for the first time in 2024.
• Must accept a QTAC offer for a place in the Bachelor of Business (Dean's Scholars) program or accept a QUT offer if deferred studies or an international student.

The unadjusted ATAR threshold for entry into this program in previous years has been 97.00.

Value of the Scholarship:

• Receive a scholarship of $12,000 over 3 years.
• Upon completing the Bachelor of Business degree with a GPA of 5.5 or above, receive a further scholarship of $8,000 over the honors year or master's program (1.5 or 2 years).

Application Process:

• Apply for Bachelor of Business (Dean's Scholars) through QTAC (Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre)
• No separate application for the scholarship is required. Receiving a QTAC offer into this program will automatically entitle you to a scholarship offer.
