Cheatham White Scholarship at North Carolina Central University (NCCU) 2024

Cheatham-White Scholarship is offered by North Carolina Central University to support bachelor's applicants based on merit.

Eligibility for the Cheatham White Scholarship :

• Applicants of the Cheatham White Scholarship, North Carolina Central University should be admitted as a freshman into a baccalaureate program in the fall semester.
• Candidates applying should be citizens or permanent residents of the United States.
• Applicants of the Cheatham White Scholarship, North Carolina Central University should be graduating from high school in the spring semester before the college admission.
• The academic excellence of the candidate is taken into consideration and the candidates should have a minimum of 4.0 or higher weighted cumulative GPA.
• Applicants need to exhibit exceptional qualities of character and leadership.
• Candidates should have been participating in extracurricular activities.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to service.

Application:

• A high school authority, such as the principal, vice-principal, or guidance counselor, must recommend a student; the student may also nominate themselves.
• The student will have access to the Cheatham-White Application following receipt and assessment of their nomination.
• The application must be filled out completely, with all supporting materials attached, and submitted by December 1st at the latest.
