Eligibility to Apply for this Scholarship

To apply for the Lester B. Pearson scholarship for International students, you need to meet the following requirements:- 

  • You should be a Non-Canadian national requiring a study permit.
  • Should be currently in the final year of secondary school or must have completed secondary school no earlier than June 2022.
  • Should be beginning your studies at the University of Toronto in September 2023 (students already attending post-secondary studies cannot be considered; students starting their studies in January 2023 at another post-secondary institution cannot be considered)
  • Good in academics and should have a record of participation in creative programs in their school.
  • Should have demonstrated leadership skills in school.

How to Apply:- 

To apply for the scholarship, you must be nominated by your school guidance scholar. Once nominated by your school, you can apply for the scholarship by going to the official website of the University of Toronto. Follow the below steps to apply for the scholarship. 

  • Request and receive a nomination letter from your school.
  • Apply to the university by completing the admission application before the deadline i.e December 14, 2022. 
  • Once you have sent the nomination and applied to the university, you can fill up the Lester B. Pearson scholarship before January 16, 2023.
